Refund policy

All items are special order. NO refunds are allowed unless one of the following happens:

1. The item is damaged at or before delivery 

2. The item is not the correct item

3. The item is not as described ( ex: Wrong finish or fabric etc. or wrong dimensions)

4. If you are unhappy with your item please reach out to us. We will try our best to come to a solution that is best for the customer and HomePlex Furniture

 

These are the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE at HOMEPLEX FURNITURE

  1. Special order merchandise requires 100% down and cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
  2. If for any reason you do not accept delivery of your ordered merchandise, there will be a restocking charge of 30%. All orders are audited, and HOMEPLEX FURNITURE reserves the right to correct all clerical errors, such as quoted prices addition, subtraction, or omission errors.
  3. There is a minimum of 30 days delivery on all special merchandise orders. Delivery projections for merchandise are approximate. Unavoidable delays will not be grounds for cancellation, refund, or price adjustment. We take pride in delivering products in a timely fashion. However, HOMEPLEX FURNITURE is not responsible for delays beyond their control. Furniture arrival is approximate due to shipping dates, cutting schedules and freight companies.
  4. Merchandise must be delivered within 10 days of the date the buyer is first notified of the ability for delivery. If the customer is unable to take delivery, or pickup merchandise within this time, special written permission must be noted on invoice and a storage fee of 5% per month will be assessed at the discretion of HOMEPLEX FURNITURE.
  5. A 24-hour notice is required if you wish to hold up your scheduled delivery and avoid a $49.00 rescheduling fee. This will also protect your merchandise that has already been unpacked and inspected.
  6. Final sales and floor sample merchandise must be delivered or picked up within 10 days of the order date and may not be returned by the customer after delivery. All final sales and floor sample merchandise are sold “as is” and are not subject to warranty or refund whether expressed, implied, or of fitness for a particular purpose.
  7. HOMEPLEX FURNITURE assumes NO responsibility for merchandise too large to fit. Buyer shall measure doorways, stairways, and areas to be used prior to ordering.
  8. If the actual manufacturer has made any warranties for its products, HOMEPLEX FURNITURE will, to the fullest extent permitted, pass them on to the buyer. Manufacturers reserve the right to repair all defective merchandise. No exchanges or cancellations will be allowed if caused by buyer’s abuse or misuse. HOMEPLEX FURNITURE is not responsible for shipping and delivery costs on warranty issues.
  9. Purchase of all merchandise is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement and of any retail installment credit agreement (revolving charge account) between HOMEPLEX FURNITURE and buyer.
  10. All credit card payments if cancelled after the day of purchase can and will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee of total payment amount.
  11. Buyer agrees that upon transfer of possession of merchandise, this order shall be considered fulfilled and all monies shall be considered due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  12. Any refunds given at the discretion of HOMEPLEX FURNITURE will be mailed out after 10-14 business days.
  13. Buyer agrees to pay attorney fees and court costs as allowed by law in the event of enforcement of payment of monies due.
  14. In no event will HOMEPLEX FURNITURE consider claims for damage made more than 7 business days after delivery.
